This is for those clients who need an updated meal plan. Hopefully you're not using the same meal plan of winter two years ago for summer of now! In the holistic wellness space we should always focus on eating with the seasons based on mother natures availability and as local farm fresh to table as possible. With this service your entire meal plan will be refreshed based on your unique needs as always but also based on the seasons availability of foods. The session time is based on the time is takes to customize a meal plan, this is not for a consultation. Please allow 5 business days before receiving your updated meal plan to your email on file, remember you will always have access to the original meal plan as well.
