Good Morning Day 7: “I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams.” Sanskrit mantra: Sat, chit, ananda, existence, consciousness, bliss.
Make a list of people that you “take” your energy. Skip a line between names.
You may feel uncomfortable, angry, small, drained, or frustrated around them.
Some people on this list may also be on the first list you created. They may have caused you to grow and you feel uncomfortable or unsettled around them.
Add them even if the unpleasant feeling is not all the time.
After you make your list, go back and write a blessing next to their name.
