Dedicating time each day to self-reflect and authentically look at where you are in life versus where you want to be takes courage. This is the first step in shifting your perspective from one of lack to one of abundance.
Today's exercise is based on the idea that giving and receiving is the same energy. and it is a turning point in this journey.

Today, you will create your own Abundance Group.
It may seem a bit overwhelming at first - breathe.
Invite friends, family, and co-workers, to play. Share it on social media just like I did. Larger groups work better, however, it can work with as few as three people.
The idea is to hold space for someone to take this journey just as I am holding space for you.
Instructions for the Group:
Call the group: "21 Days of Abundance" Choose a profile photo that represents abundance to you. Invite friends to participate in the group. Give people a few days to join. I began inviting people on Wednesday and Day 1 started the following Monday. It is important to explain the group's intention. The person must be willing to participate and do the work. Every day, you will forward the daily mediation and assignment to your group in chronological order.
