Day 16: “Today, I remember to be grateful.” Sanskrit mantra: Om vardhanam namah, I nourish the universe, and the universe nourishes me.
Make. a list of things you want to do but haven’t yet.
Perhaps the cost is a factor. Maybe you have a fear of failure. Other things take priority. Or, doing this will upset or someone you love.
Forgive yourself for not doing these things.
For each entry on your list write the following statement.
Example: “I, your full name, forgive myself for not having traveled the world.”
I, your full name, forgive myself for not showing my vulnerability.
