21 DAY MEDITATION CHALLENGE Day 15
Day 15: “As I live in present moment awareness, I love the magic of synchrodestiny.” Sanskrit mantra:Aham brahmasmi, the core of my being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the universe, the source of all that exists.
Write a thank you letter to a person who has hurt you in the past.
Before writing the letter, clear all the negative feelings about that person. If you can’t clear the negative feelings, write them down then burn them or tear them up.
The important thing is that when you write a thank you letter, or letter or letter of appreciation, you no longer feel resentment against that person.
Meditate and reflect on who this person is.
The letter must be handwritten.
