Day 17: “I move through my days light-hearted and carefree, knowing all is well.” Sanskrit mantra: Sat, chit, ananda, existence, consciousness, bliss.
Make a list of things that you have: material, spiritual, tangible and intangible.
Then create a statement similar to the ones below for each item.
Example: I have a smartphone to communicate, I have credit card that helps me pay, I have great friendships. I have a bed to sleep in
