Lets discovery the secrets of Niagara's Herbal Medicine

Loveg Academy and Nachrrootz will be sponsoring  a field learning hands on event unlike any other. Sharing the science about the medicine growing out in nature!  The best part is you get to learn whats right in your local environment  and can focus on becoming experts over time.

Understanding proper identification of plants is critical when focusing on biological science, herbal medicine, and general classification.

This is your opportunity  to get out in nature and get hands on with Kongo as you learn and explore medicinal herbs and botanicals of your local region.  The focus is on native medicinal herbs, shrubs, trees, grasses, wood stemmed plants and maybe aquatic understanding the proper identification techniques, use of the herbal monogram and creating your own monogram.  We will learn about the use of the native western and evasive herbs and botanicals and identify the medicinal properties that have been studied within these herbs based on western herbal medicine and Native American Medicine.

So many plants growing in your own backyard are considered weeds by many but are truly potent concentrated healing botanicals.  

Please bring a paper or digital copy of your tour booking confirmation email.

The cost covers the tour which will be a minimum of 1 hour. A handy herb guide with 1  bonus mystery seed pack will also be included. The herbs discussed in these walks and tours will be specific to the regions pre determined by member and customer survey data based on demand.  Niagra Falls region will be herbs of North Eastern US.

There are no refunds.

You are encouraged to dress appropriately and wear protective clothing if sensitive to shrubs/herbs, also wear comfortable, durable footwear and bring a extra pair of socks.  Please bring any prescription medication and or OTC medication if you suffer with environmental allergies, also don't forget to wear sunscreen and a hat.

Additionally some may want to bring a note book or journal and magnifying glass.  I will have a first aid kit and homeopathic remedies.

Please note the entire presentation can vary from 1-2hrs depending on weather conditions, members request in the group tour and availability of time. It is very important to bring liquid beverages for hydration and ensure you are well hydrated the night before. 

Bring a lunch or food that can be stored in the car while we are on the hike, however if you want to hike with your food your more than welcome. I suggest bringing  a backpack and a camelpak for water if necessary.

If you don't have a water bottle you may become subjected to dehydration.

Please bring a water bottle.

If you appear to be suffering with a chronic health condition that prevents you from navigating over a trail path in a nature setting environment you may be asked to opt out of the tour and a partial refund may be provided.  This is not a stroll in central park but is also not a  triathalon, there is so much material to cover in so litte time.
